Most of our inventory is in stock and ready for pick-up at our warehouse located at 26400 Lakeland Blvd, Euclid, OH 44132. The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 4:30 pm. You must have valid government identification at the time of pick-up. Our experienced staff will help load your items and have twine available to secure them. Special Orders are items that Elgin Furniture does not stock in its warehouse and ordered specifically by customer request. Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, it cannot be refunded or reselected. Special orders normally take 4-6 weeks to arrive and a 30% nonrefundable deposit is required prior to the order being placed. Availability of Special Order merchandise is not guaranteed. If for any reason the special order merchandise is no longer available, Elgin Furniture assumes no liability, but will refund the deposit in full.
