John is very down to earth and if he says he will do something for you, he really does come through. He takes what he does very seriously and it is very apparent that he wants happy customers. One of our beds is a bunk of two full sized beds and we erroneously thought the top bunk was twin and the bottom was full so we ordered a twin and a full. John happily exchanged the twin for us for a full size with us just paying the difference.
