Thornton: Thornton has the 6th highest rents in Colorado. 2-bedrooms there run a median rent of $1,410, and 1-bedrooms go for $1,200. Thornton rent prices grew by 0.9% over the past month. Colorado Springs shows the fastest-growing rents Colorado Springs: Colorado Springs rents grew by 4.4% in the past year, the most growth of any Colorado city during that same period.
