Most sales associates are cool plus the office staff pretty helpful. Cons Management favors sales associates, cuts hours, management very unhelpfull you ask them to help you with an issue or help a customer and they are like nothing we can do furniture is already at the house. Upper (the men in suits) management walks about with the heir of intimidation with an old school mentality of expectation from their "MEN" and appears to scope out the next new one to be groomed. Being groomed for management involves being male or a female who is hardcore mean and a bully. Favorites of management are given the schedules which they ask for as others must kiss the feet of the maker which is ignored for any requests if not liked. Please, as a sales JOB this is the extreme of cutthroat I have ever worked in my life, and I sold used vehicles for several years. I will not sell my character for a sale that will never get delivered. Money is a shortfall at Bob's Discount Furniture UNLESS the protection plan (warranty) is sold with the aggression of a Cobra.
