Discipline!

Dear Team,

In 4th Quarter (Jan - Mar 21), we already had some cases of disciplinary related offences. Now, beginning of first quarter of the new WY 21(Apr - Jun), one repeated discipline offence related to " driving a vehicle without valid license and insurance" committed by one of our serviceman!

WHAT IS THIS MEAN TO US?

It is critical that we share and educate this. As commanders and being a NAVAL family, do find the time to physically do this engagement, and have that valuable discussion with your people to understand the consequences when committed did affect not only himself, the entire unit as well family member (loved ones) will be implicated too.

* SAF will not mitigate any non compliant for disciplinary matter and serviceman will be dealt with under SAF act inclusive dismissal of service!

While everyone is busy with current Ops & trg, we cannot afford to have any more disciplinary cases, taking up uneccessary bandwidth away. Please help me to ensure the ground are properly brief and understand the implication. The worse thing to surface if the ground is not even brief or aware. The Flotilla staff and myself will be going around to check the ground for their awareness. R&R!
