Overview

  • Loyalty Solutions is cornerstone of our value added services and customer value proposition. The services facilitate to differentiate Mastercard products among competitors. This role offers the opportunity to manage all aspects loyalty and benefits in HGEM region. This will range from opportunity identification and development to full commercialization and execution.
  • Roles in this family oversee product evolution, establish go-to-market strategy, optimize products and resources, implement incremental improvements within the product’s life cycle, conduct ongoing care and maintenance, and manage P&L
  • The position requires a senior, highly self-motivated, commercially pragmatic, business developer with strong influencing and negotiating skills to partner with internal stakeholders and the customer across numerous markets.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and drive solution design efforts with key customers and/or key opportunities to help formulate and solve for business, product and technical requirements. Partner with domestic and cross-border commercialization, product development, operations, technology, user experience and service definition teams to help formulate and design processes and service localization for applicable to the markets Mastercard loyalty solutions
  • Actively partner with other product functions across Core Products, Services, Digital Payment to integrate activities and co-create solutions. Work closely with Regional organization to design and build new value propositions
  • Design solutions and communicate them through clear documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams and ppt slides
  • Determine and advance operational feasibility through problem definition, project scope. Facilitate partners’ integration to our solutions; collaborate effectively with vendors and product managers to solve complex problems
  • Distill market requirements for the Market Teams into initiatives and features that can be added to the roadmap. Act as advocate for the features and initiatives required for the opportunities you are working on.
  • Reports to Vice President, Mastercard, Core Products & Solutions, Location: Moscow, Russia, Position requires up to 20% travel

Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Economy or similar business field, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience required
  • Expertise, experience, knowledge of loyalty, loyalty business, loyalty technologies and benefits in finance/non-finance areas
  • Good technical understanding and experience of working with developers
  • Thorough understanding of payment cards industry eco-system
  • Strong track record of driving tangible business results
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team .
  • Strong project management skills required; will need to handle multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
  • Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external global business partners;
  • Ability to think strategically. Have an eye for detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to apply them and make recommendations: ability to structure and conduct market analysis, competitive assessment and product profitability simulations
  • Experience in a client facing role with a track record of building propositions and influencing customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to understand and explain specific issues. Both English and Russia
