VIEW FULL PRODUCT DETAILS Buchanan and Marshall Halls Primarily first and second year students are housed in these halls. These halls are home to Brooks College House members. The three story buildings are co-ed and approximately 208 students are housed here. There are single and standard double rooms in these two halls. Gender neutral bathrooms are available in these halls. The lower levels of both buildings are primarily sophomore students. The residence hall has a kitchen equipped with cabinets and a microwave, a study room, a common lounge and a main college house kitchen. Window blinds are provided on all windows. Because all residence hall rooms are fully furnished, the College does not permit students to bring upholstered furniture to campus. There is a central laundry facility in each building. Ben Franklin Hall - North North Ben Franklin can house approximately 229 students and is the home of Ware College House. Both first-year and upper class students reside in Ben Franklin Hall - North.
This building underwent a substantial building renovation in the Summer of 2016. Gender neutral bathrooms are available in this Hall. The main dining hall, The Market Place, is situated between North and South Ben Franklin. Window blinds are provided on all windows. There is a central laundry facility in the building. Ben Franklin Hall - South Ben Franklin Hall South currently houses approximately 226 students and is the home of Bonchek College House. Both first-year and upper class students reside in Ben Franklin Hall - South. This building underwent a substantial building renovation in the Summer of 2015. The main dining hall, The Market Place, is situated between Ben Franklin North and South. Schnader and Thomas Hall Schnader and Thomas Halls are sophomore housing annex buildings for the larger college houses. Upper class students may also elect to live in these halls. Thomas Hall is a residence hall that houses up to 173 students and is made up of 4-person & 5-person suites.
Gender neutral bathrooms are available in this hall. Schnader Hall enjoys a prime campus location. Schnader houses approximately 185 residents and is mostly arranged in co-ed floors with single and double rooms. There are a few single rooms with a private bath in this hall for a student that may need an accommodation. There is a common lounge. Room furniture is movable. There is a central laundry room on the ground floor. The New College House, completed summer of 2011, houses approximately 184 New College House members. First-year students are centrally located on the north and south halls of floors 2, 3, and 4 in standard double rooms. Gender neutral bathrooms are available in this hall. Upperclass students reside in the suites and apartments flanking the building. Window blinds are provided in all rooms. The furniture is not fixed in place and can be moved around. The house has a kitchen on the first floor equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and induction stove.
