The Furniture ClinicA new year; Heleen, the owner of Furniture Clinic has announced her retirement. Her son-in-law, Ben Keyser, together with Elmien, her daughter will take the business forward from this point on. Heleen will still be available to us as a consultant, applying her expertise to evaluations and quotations, but she will not be so much in the public face anymore. We hope to keep her very busy on holidays and travelling to visit friends and family; which ...will be well deserved! Ben has other concerns too (Espero Computer Systems) but with Elmien and Angelique (office manager) he is confident that all will be under control and well reported! The team is working on big plans to grow this business and sort out some of the problems that has occurred in the past, making it a furniture repair shop/upholstery shop to be reckoned with!
Elmien will still run with her concern too, The Furniture Clinic’s sister company, The Office Chair Repairers. Because of the upholstery requirements on office chairs, the two operations cannot really be separated. One last thought: customers often feel at a loss if something goes wrong, and things do go wrong. Customer support is at an all-time low (my feeling) all over the country but if it goes wrong, please call me. I will listen and make sure you are sorted out. I have one dream for The Furniture Clinic – to see it grow. Happy customers is the soil in which a business grows!
