You can dress this table up or down depending on the seating you go with and the surrounding decor. Glass tops can be hard for those with kids – tiny finger prints on the glass just tend to show up everywhere – but because it’s transparent if can help a smaller space from feeling cluttered. West Elm: Mid-Century Expandable Dining Table, $799 If you entertain often, or want the option of adding more surface area when you need it, an expandable table is a great investment. This mid-century inspired wooden table from West Elm looks great with many different styles, so even if you redesign your dining room again you won’t have to get rid of it! CB2: The Dylan Dining Table, $999Super simple, slightly modern, and very chic. The wood on this table ages beautifully, and it’s perfect for doubling as a desk to do work due to its sturdy nature.
We really love the selection of chairs here, and using benches for seating is another great way to save a little cash while still keeping your design aesthetic! Restoration Hardware: 17th C Hourglass Trestle Table, $1525 The trestle style dining room table is a classic silhouette that can be well suited for many different types of spaces and design styles. We really like the rustic, Mediterranean elements of this Restoration Hardware table. It comes in a plethora of finishes, so you’ll certainly be able to find one that works for you! This table is a steal at $1,525 because of it’s fantastic craftsmanship and beautiful design! Crate & Barrel: Paloma Dining Table, $1,999 This table looks WAY more expensive than it actually is! The naturally aged, reclaimed wood is stunning and will immediately make your room feel warm and polished.
