Our drivers will also be able to answer any questions about the care of your furniture. In addition, we will take away all of the external packaging from the items that we deliver and return it to our head office for recycling. We believe in doing whatever we can to reduce the environmental impact of our packaging and have introduced efficient recycling as a key step to making this happen. These are much more tailored This is the second set of covers we have bought and they seem to be better fitting than the previous set. I also have 4 camargue chairs which I bought at the same time as the echo set - I think in 2005. I have to say I am a little disappointed with them - they have not had heavy use and two of the seats are beginning to disintegrate. I don't quite know how or why one of the side pieces/bentwood strips has split on one chair and I cannot see how it can be repaired. I have bought quite a lot of things at OKA and am usually very satisfied with the quality, style and service.
The camargue chairs are probably not an item I will buy again. Took a while to get the creases out but…. Much tighter than the oatmeal covers for some reason - covers are slightly strained at the back - would prefer slightly looser fit. Would probably have gone for 8 oatmeal rather than 4 oatmeal and 4 off white if I had known Chair covers (5 out of 12) came with small marks so had to take them back to the store and collect the replacements when they arrived, unfortunately when I got them home one of them had small spots so again had to go back to the store and again collect the replacement when it came in. The staff were very helpful but the whole process was not very satisfactory, a lot of time, parking costs and fuel went because of this!!
