Role Description:
We are looking for a combination of strong analytical and communication skills in order to: elicit and gather project requirements; create detailed and accurate project plans; produce and maintain standardized project documentation; obtain user sign-off on requirements and project milestones; provide project status and communications; manage change effectively through the project lifecycle. A strong work-ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic international environment are a must. Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in Russian is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Execute planning and day-to-day management of digital projects to enhance Kaspersky web properties, managing several projects concurrently.
- Work with internal and external resources to deliver projects for a wide variety of Kaspersky business units in sales & marketing and beyond.
- Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring goals and timelines are consistently met
- Plan and conduct requirements-gathering sessions to elicit business requirements from business stakeholders and subject-matter experts, or work with the Business Analyst team to achieve this.
- Ensure that functional requirements are clearly defined, fitting with the business objectives, are feasible and do not conflict with other requirements
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders through lifecycle of projects both in person and in writing.
- Use internal processes in JIRA & Confluence to track and communicate project details, resource usage and status reports
- Resolve effectively cross-functional issues at project level
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in the digital sphere.
- University educated in a related field, or equivalent level qualification.
- Demonstrated experience of project delivery using Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Familiarity with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Guide and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Experience of managing high levels of uncertainty and risk to deliver complex project to tight deadlines.
- Experience of leading and executing projects of digital transformation and raising digital capability across teams.
- Experience of working in virtual teams, and of working remotely with overseas-based resources & stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the web development process & web technologies.
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and ideally in Russian also.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a highly dynamic environment.
- Strong & confident communicator, both orally and in writing.
- Competent in Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in using Atlassian Confluence and JIRA to manage delivery is highly desirable.
