Your challenge

Can you help us in our journey in transforming Philips into a digital company? With your knowledge and experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEO & SEA), you will have the chance to contribute to Philips’ Digital performance by working on Search Marketing projects that make business impact. You will have the opportunity to work in a truly international environment and boost online performance within a matrix organization by interfacing with multiple Business Groups and countries.

As Search specialist (SEA/SEO) you will ensure that Philips’ search traffic and conversion is maximized through optimizing the impact of Philips’ organic search and paid search campaigns. As an expert in the field of Search Marketing, you ensure that this capability is further developed and deployed in Philips by steering and optimizing Philips’ operating model (e.g. processes, partnerships, best practices, programs, systems, tooling) and community of practice.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving up Philips’ SEM performance, by defining and implementing opportunities for improvement together with business groups and SEM agencies.

• Enabling business-market combinations to activate and optimize search marketing activities.

• Optimizing and guarding the operating model on Search across the market.

• Sharing of best practices on SEM.

• Work with analytical experts on evolution of search dashboarding.

• Manage the local relationships with agencies and suppliers.

• Act as a business partner to markets and business groups.

Your team

Within the Marketing team, you will be part of the Digital Team that is responsible to build know-how and toolkits to ensure products, services and solutions can be found instantly and easily by customers in different search engines to drive up web traffic, conversion and increase ROI.

Your profile

• University degree in a relevant field: Marketing, Business Administration, Economics.

• Expertise in the domain of Search Marketing, 2/3 years

• Expertise of related performance marketing channels is a plus

• An effective communicator.

• Experience in applying search marketing to a diverse product portfolio with different strategies

• Proven ability to build, test, and scale SEO and SEA programs in international and complex organizations

• Strong collaboration skills

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to objectively measure results

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Good HTML & CSS skills

• Excellent presentation and reporting skills, able to explain and deliver SEO insights and recommendations
