Skills & Requirements
3+ years’ experience working in project delivery/support teams
Excellent troubleshooting skills with extensive experience of network troubleshooting tools/methods and scripting languages (e.g. Shell, Perl, Python)
Strong working knowledge of cloud-native containerization, virtualization, orchestration, and management technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Openstack, Docker, VMware, Ansible, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus)
Experience working with high scale, highly available, remotely distributed software applications
Extensive understanding of TCP/IP, networking and routing design principles
Strong working knowledge of databases and database technology (e.g., data warehousing, distributed databases)
Extensive knowledge of at least one of the following system hardware architectures and OS platforms: HP/IBM/Cisco, Centos/Red Hat
Ability to understand and communicate concepts quickly, succinctly, and accurately
Upper-intermediate or higher command of English; oral fluency

Would be a plus
Telecom, 4G/5G, 3GPP/3GPP2 awareness
Database experience
Load balancer / router / switch configuration knowledge (e.g Nexus, F5)
Experience with one or more IaaS platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Responsibilities
Deploy and integrate cloud-native OSS and BSS software into telecom environment
Design and implement CI/CD workflows
Validate the software operation
Support and automate rollouts
Drive customer satisfaction through successful project execution remotely/onsite
Collaborate with a cross-functional team responsible for improving and maintaining the product quality
Proactively share knowledge and field experience with services and support teams

We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced, communicative person to join the Professional Services Consultancy team supporting the rollout of the cloud-native Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS / BSS) at telecoms worldwide.
