Since SAP Custom Development is a fast-growing organization, we are looking for a talented Development Architect to further strengthen our execution team in Moscow.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As Development architect you work on the entire lifecycle of software development projects for our customers starting with the analysis of the business requirements followed by the delivery and maintenance of customer-specific solutions.
Do you …
• Have a proven track record of successfully delivering large software project solutions to customers regarding customer satisfaction and quality?
• Have a proven track record of managing large development teams, potentially in many locations and partner companies?
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Are you …
• strong in communication and presentation of complex technical topics in a convincing and clear manner both in Russian and English
• able to pick up knowledge in new areas very fast
• experienced in Java development environment, Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Java Script, JSF, SAP UI5 as well as ABAP OO
• knowledgeable about SAP Hybris and IoT
• knowledgeable of the current concepts and products of SAP
• pragmatic and result oriented with a “can do” attitude
• an innovative thinker
• customer focused with focus on value management and quality
• able to discuss business requirements with customers
• knowledgeable about modeling and enterprise architecture
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 4-6 years in development of SAP solutions
• Experience in solving complex conceptual and technical challenges with customers.
• Experience in working with cross location and multi-cultural teams
• Project experience with agile development
• Java certified architect is a plus
