Project description:

We are looking for permanent contractors, this is not a one-time project (this is also differentiated from other companies)

Software development methodologies:

Agile methodology 

Python, NodeJS, React or similar

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, GCP/AWS is a plus.

Project key decision makers (locations):

Team Lead , VP Engineering, Kiev office lead, Head of Operations

Description of team (including direct subordination):

We are working in Squads / Agile methodology, the contractors will be joining a squad.

Direct manager is professional, dotted also to Kyiv office lead

Candidate Requirements:

Eager to solve unique and highly complex technical problems, in a large scale environment.

Interested in indirectly influencing beyond functional boundaries, with product managers, test engineers, doctors and data scientists.

Can drive feature development end to end and collaborate with other team members on delivery on a daily basis.

Interested in new technologies and tools, and love maintaining coding patterns and best practices.

We are moving to Arsenal building in a few months. once we grow above 20-30 people we will open our own office

Salary range:

up to 9000

Salary range depends on the position and the seniority / experience of the candidate. it is important to add salary expectations for each candidate you are providing to see it aligns with 

the position 

How often salary is paid:

once a month

The Company will cover the following expenses:

PE Tax (5%)

Health insurance

Payment for Co-Working office usage

Break days in service rendering - 18 days yearly

Break days in service rendering due to sickness - up to 5 days (yearly) without a medical approval

The management of the Company shall recommend grant of option to purchase shares of the Common Stock of the Company’s parent – K Health, Inc. The amount of shares will be defined per each 

candidate

Business trips:

Yes / per need. 

We encourage visits in the other offices (NY / TLV) once Covid will allow this

Relocation: (if applicable) (availability of relocation package)

Can be applicable. 

However, we will most probably not sponsor the relocation, but will assist with visa approval

1 - Technical interview

2-Team lead interview (additional stakeholders may join)

3- VP Engineering & Kyiv office owner interview (additional stakeholders may join)

The process is aiming for 3 interviews, however this can be slightly change per need
