Code4u is looking for Visual Communication designer
Responsibilities:
• Design assets for marketing campaigns, partnerships, pitch decks, email, social media, and ads as needed for a variety of teams.
• Produce pixel-perfect creatives that clearly communicate our value propositions and help build and reinforce our brand identity
• Build out our brand style guide and ensure that our brand is cohesive and recognizable across various channels
• Work closely with other designers to help grow and maintain POWr's design system in Figma.
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience working as a designer with a heavy focus on visual communication design
• Outstanding communication skills - you’ll be working with a global team and the ability to effectively communicate requirements, feedback, etc. is crucial
• Proactive self starter who takes on things with a sense of urgency
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working at a startup and/or in an agile environment (experience with scrum and Jira preferred)
• Bonus: technical skills, such as familiarity with website design, HTML/CSS, etc.
English – upper intermediate
