Depression
In-person counselling sessions are available in an office or nature-based setting in Victoria, BC and Duncan, BC. Remote video counselling sessions are available online.
Please note: During the Covid 19 Pandemic we are offering a limited number of in-person sessions while closely following WorkSafe BC protocols. Remote Video sessions are available and encouraged whenever suitable.

- climate or ecological anxiety and despair
- co-dependency
- coping skills
Fees:
* Fees include applicable taxes
- Office-based, Nature-based and Remote Counselling sessions: $120/ 55 minutes
* There are a limited number of spaces available on a sliding scale for low income clients and students. These spaces are currently full and a waitlist is being taken.
* ICBC Coverage is now available for online sessions if you have been in a motor vehicle accident. More information is available here.
Payment:
- Payment can be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit card.
- Payment is due the day of your appointment.
- Direct billing is available for ICBC claimants.
Other Considerations:
- Please check with your extended health plan provider (ie. Pacific Blue Cross, SunLife, etc) to see if you have coverage to see a registered social worker (RSW Licence #14331).
- Health services provided by a registered social worker can be claimed on your tax return to receive a GST deduction
