Upon walking in, a group of associates turned from the table where they were sitting, looked my mother and I up and down, then turned their backs to us and continued with their conversation. We were not greeted or acknowledged. I waited one minute for someone to at least say hello while I quickly glanced at the mattresses they had in the front of the store. When that didn't happen, I turned around and walked out and spent my money down the street at Mattress King. I wouldn't recommend them at all.ShareFlag09/20/2010Poor Customer ServiceI purchased a Home Office set up. It had to be ordered and I was told it would be in for me in three weeks. I didn't get any of it for six weeks (then received all but one piece). Three months later, still have not received the piece of furniture.
During this time period, I have never been called by them, even after being promised. I financed the furniture and actually received a bill prior to getting the furniture. I have called them every week and went by repeatedly, only to be told "It will be in next week". Shouldn't make promises you can't keep and needs to be more customer oriented.ShareFlag07/21/2010GO TO HANKS OR EVEN DIXIE!We purchased a bunk bed, dresser and mirror for our children June 26, 2010. They said we would have to wait one week... on July 20,2010 we got all but off the floor. We needed the beds asap-give them the money and they do not deliver. We called in advance to make sure our ordered arrived and only 1/4 came in the first -- they didn't look at what came in that time because the slates was for a twin and we need full. So guess what we got old slates off the showroom floor with no hardware. They didn't offer to take anything off our bill we had to get an old head board and two rails off the showroom floor because the new ones was damanged.
Hanks warehouse is at Little Rock and your stuff will come in a few days- Dixie Furniture will sell what is on their floor at a great deal. The staff at Furniture Row isn't personal ---business only. I do not reccomend Furniture Row unless you have a month or longer to wait for your furniture. Listen to others when shopping for furniture its pays.
