The Dark Net is a repository full of illicit goods and services. The Dark Web is an extension to the web that is hidden from view on the Internet and refers to websites that are not visible through normal web browser search results. Instead, the user has to use specialized software to access them. Because of this 'dark' nature of the web, many people are apprehensive about using it - especially those people who have a need to access something that is not easily available through standard search engines, or even regular web browsers.
