Many items ship within 24 hours and arrive within 5-7 days of the shipment date. The delivery carrier will bring the item to the closest dry area outside your home. This is typically the porch, front door or driveway in front of the garage. Scheduled appointments are not available for Basic Delivery, and you do not need to be present at the time of delivery. Select oversized or heavy items may not qualify for Basic Shipping. These items will instead receive Threshold Delivery (see below). We unfortunately cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipments to addresses outside the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO, incur additional charges that are not reflected online. Threshold Delivery (Inside Entryway) includes delivery to the first available area in your home, such as the entryway, garage or backyard. Assembly is not included. Most items arrive within 7-10 days of the shipment date. When the shipment arrives in your local area, the carrier will call you to schedule a specific day and 4-hour window for delivery. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. Select oversized or heavy items automatically receive Threshold Delivery. Threshold Delivery is denoted by the symbol. UPGRADE OPTION FOR THRESHOLD DELIVERY Room of Choice Delivery In addition to the services provided with Threshold Delivery, Room of Choice Delivery includes placement in the room of your choice (up to two flights of stairs), unpacking and removal of packing materials.
