It’s been two amazing days. You are doing so great!

To keep the momentum flowing, the Day 2 Challenge focus is on fitness. As you know, exercise is an important component to living a healthy active lifestyle.

Starting on page 32, you’ll find information on the different kinds of exercise and how they can help you reach your goals. There’s also a complete workout regiment that you could do at home or almost anywhere you are.

The Day 2 Challenge is to do the workout included in the Challenger Guide and to take a picture or video of yourself before, during or after the workout.

So... tomorrow you’ll be sharing a picture in the morning with your shake, pictures of food throughout the day AND a picture of from the workout. 



Well if you’ve been looking at the Challenge agreements, you’ve seen that we’ve addressed every agreement except one... drinking water for proper hydration. That’s right, today’s challenge is to drink one gallon of water throughout the day.

So if you’re using a water bottle, let’s see pictures of your empty bottles. If you’re using a gallon container, then you can mark it up to have fun and help you track your progress.

And... We still want to see you with your shake in the morning, your snacks and meals throughout the day, any fitness that you do... and now include your water pictures as well.
