Daostack
The DAO project is a new and effective tool for collectives made for solving the most diverse and complex tasks of self-organization. The project is already working, but so far there is no decentralized management system. The creators of the Daostack are planning to solve this problem.
So, Daostack is a up to date OS, which work will be based on the Ethereum blockchain. Effective project management is a complex process and you can make it decentralized to maximize its effectivity. The platform can be used for tasks of various types, it can be called universal. What the project is counting as its main task today is the creation of conditions for the effective organization of cooperation of a group of individuals to achieve a specific goal.
Curating is an integral part of the project. The subjective quality of any objects will be determined by the potential of a group of people. The system will offer us to take advantage of the capabilities of collective intelligence.
Blockchain management. Community problems can be solved more easily through the introduction of decentralized management, working with the help of smart contracts of the Ethereum platform.

Software Collaboration. The platform creates possibilities for effective cooperation, without any conflicts, give the necessary economic incentive to the project participants on an individual level.
The basis of the project is a model of the company (the so-called “configurable agent”), collected from a variety of “cubes” (meaning “schemes”, “restrictions”, etc.). The “cubes” are placed on the Ethereum blockchain (or in another, compatible system) in the repository (in the so-called “Compendium”).
Further, these data is provided to all community members, it can be monetized (for system tokens) or free of charge. A free base kit will also be available. The coin can be used to promote organizational solutions in the community of the Compendium. Advancement is possible in the DAO (this is the Mosaic storehouse) and in the project (this is the Hive repository). Token price of promotion of the project entirely depends on the reputation of the agent, but it can not completely replace it. Simply, the internal decisions on proposals in the project are made depending on the reputation, but not the token price. Each user will be able to create their own “archive” repositories, managed by system tokens.
The ecosystem
Everything in the platform is built on the modular framework of Arc, based on the Ethereum blockchain. Arc is a kind of WordPress for DAO, with a large library of models and templates. The platform will use Mesh-networks. These technologies are aimed at creating a truly anticompetitive economy. Another product is called Alchemy. This is the application’s own interface. The Arc.js framework was created and laid out on the githab, thanks to which the frontend developers can engage in Dapps applications without going deep into Solidity and blockchain. There is another project development which is Arc.Hives, it is general DAOstack registries. Their use will improve interoperability and increase the network effectivity between DApps applications which are created collectively.
The Arc framework
The development team has created a framework for effective scalable management. It will characterize adaptability, modularity, it will be modernized.
Adaptability. Arc will support many tools. As the ecosystem develops, a library of global constraints and schemes will grow. Open source allows developers and third-party third parties to add new tools to the system, and from time to time they will necessarily appear.
Modernization. The management structure of any DAO can easily be modernized and adapted to various changes and needs of the user, under various restrictions. In general, any DAO created with Arc will include a flexible system of rules, through which you can quickly and effectively configure any system.

What is good is the fact that they can be flexibly adjusted to the specific needs of any user. Re-deployment of the blockchain modules is unnecessary if it has already been used once. Due to this fact the user can reduce the costs of storing data and secure yourself.
Token
It is called GEN native token. This coin will be used in all the basic operations of the DAOstack system. Development, promotion and implementation of the coin will be facilitated by flexible distribution through the structure of DAOstack. 1 system token is equivalent to 1 US dollar. The project’s hard cap is $ 30 million.100 million coins of the system are going to be issued, 40% of which will be sold. This project actively invited funds, private investors and various pools to cooperate at one moment. The minimum entrance limit was 100 thousand USD.
Pre-sale. Pre-sale was held one week starting from May 1.
ICO. Sales started on May 8, and were successfully completed.
How will the GEN tokens be distributed?

Roadmap
