Abel and Cain were both Adams and Eves children. Cain was older than Abel. Cain was a farmer while Able a shepherd.
They were both prosperous in their works. So they decided to make an offering to God for all his blessings.
Abel took the best out of his animals and offers to God. However Cain took the leftovers from his harvest as his offering.
Abel's offer went straight to God, however Cains offer did not reach God. At this Cain was jealous of his brother, and one day decided to kill him, which he did
