Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing with regard to your email about job vacancies and I would like to apply for the position of Quality Assurance Engineer. With my skill-set and competencies, I am able to investigate and troubleshoot potential software issues and help to implement new solutions for MacKeeper application.

I started my career in ZoomSupport as a support agent in May 2019. I accomplished special training with a tech coach and was asked to join a support team. At first, I was monitored by a technical supervisor in case of any questions, but after a week or two, I worked on my own, from time to time discussing some technical questions with my colleagues. Then, due to the improvement of my technical skills, I upgraded my professional level from Newcomer to Junior, then, Middle support agent.

I gained an opportunity to explore various technologies. I worked with macOS and Windows operating systems and had the possibility to troubleshoot both hardware and software cases, as well as, I helped customers to fix issues with iOS and Android-based devices. Also, I got a few chances to try out my skills in resolving cases that were connected to the Internet of things, for example, Apple Watches, Google Home sets, AmazonEcho, security systems, and so on. Such an experience gave me a clear understanding of how to investigate cases and implement further steps to find a solution to issues.

What’s more, I worked with lots of customers from ZoomSupport (and MKPS) so I could evaluate the main difficulties and issues which were experienced during the usage of computer or mobile devices. That option helped me to understand what people needed and what I should have provided them with. Besides, I received written feedback from people who had worked with me mostly stating positive experiences and I still think that true respect from your customers is the highest reward.

I currently work as a Middle Support Agent in Clario Tech, where I have been able to develop my competencies. I have attached my CV highlighting my education and professional experience. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
