We recommend ordering your custom mattress 1" smaller in length and width to allow room for sheets and bedding. There are not any toxic flame retardants in our custom mattress foams. The custom mattress foams we use are CertiPur certified, or, as with the latex foam, certified 100% natural. If you need an odd size or shaped custom mattress, we would love to make it for you.

A custom latex mattress is wonderful because it uses all natural foam that is durable, breathable, and very comfortable. Choose from 5 different levels of firmness when building your custom size mattress. Actually, give us a call so we can make recommendations. It's best to layer latex to achieve the ideal comfort. By combining layers such as 3" of soft, over 3" of medium, over 3" of firm you create a gradual increase in firmness and support. This tends to be a commonly preferred firmness for those who like a medium feeling custom mattress. Custom size mattress material, such as memory foam, is more durable than natural latex. Memory foam is always layered over a firmer support foam when making a custom mattress. For example: you can use 2" of memory foam for an inexpensive custom mattress and use 3"–4" of memory foam for more deluxe comfort. The total thickness of the entire custom size mattress will be the sum of the base foam and the memory foam.
For those on a budget we can cut a simple piece of high density foam into a custom size mattress for your RV or truck. Our high density foams are available in soft, medium, firm, extra firm, and hard. You'll find that if we layer two to four inches of soft foam over three to four inches of firm foam your inexpensive custom mattress will feel extremely comfortable. Our custom mattress comes with a 15-year limited warranty when made with our high density foams, latex, or memory foams.
