We are also introducing toppers and pillows in memory foam with Hydraluxe Gel Technology. Additionally, we offer foundations, guest beds, and other comfort solutions. What kind of warranty do you offer on your products? All Comfort Revolution products come with a warranty guarantee – the warranty on mattresses is 20 years, the warranty on toppers is 10 years, and pillows come with a 5 year warranty. If purchased in the USA or Canada from a valid retailer, your product will be replaced if it proves to be defective or fails to withstand normal wear during the warranty period. Simply contact Comfort Revolution by email to initiate the warranty process. Proof of purchase required. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. I've heard memory foam sleeps "hot"— is this true?
Body temperatures adjust differently for each individual throughout the night on all sleep platforms. However, our memory foam products combat "hot" sleeping by offering a variety of new technologies such as: refreshing ventilation, open cell structure to enhance air flow, cooling surface modifications, and Hydraluxe Gel Technology. Can I use my existing bed frame or foundation with your mattresses or do I need to buy a new one? Our mattresses will work with all bed supports, foundations, and box springs. How are your mattresses packaged? Our mattresses are rolled and compressed in either a bag or a box to reduce our carbon footprint and cut down on your shipping costs. They are hermetically sealed before shipping to prevent intrusion of allergens and pests. They arrive right on your doorstep and can be easily unpacked for decompression in your room. How long do I have to wait for my mattress to decompress before I can sleep on it? You should be able to enjoy the benefits of your mattress in as little as 4 hours from the time it is unpacked from the box.
However, due to certain variables such as temperature, it could take up to 48 hours for full recovery. How do I clean the pillow? For the best results, remove the outside cover of your pillow, machine wash it in cold water and let it air dry. The pillow itself should only be spot washed. Cleanse with a small amount of soap and warm water. Why does the pillow smell and how do I get rid of it? Comfort Revolution pillows are manufactured with premium materials and are packaged shortly after production to ensure quick delivery. Based on the packaging process, odors may not have had enough time to dissipate completely. These fumes are non-toxic and harmless. To eliminate the odor, remove the pillow from its covers, launder the covers and allow the pillow time to air out for a few days before usage. Use a fan for faster results. Can I use a pillowcase? If you use an alternative pillowcase, we recommend using a thinner material. A thicker layer may weaken the cooling effect of the hydraluxe gel.
Do your pillows come in different sizes? Currently Comfort Revolution offers one standard pillow size. We do offer our Cool Cases, pillowcases with gel technology, in Queen and King sizes. We are in the process of coming out with alternative sizes that will be released for purchase shortly. Make sure to check back on our website or sign up for our newsletter for updates. Is your mattress considered soft or firm? Comfort Revolution’s new Dream Bliss 14-inch thick memory foam mattress is considered to be a medium to firm density mattress. Which side of the pillow do I sleep on? For the ultimate cooling experience, we recommend sleeping with the hydraluxe gel facing upwards. However, it is a personal preference; each side has been designed for extreme comfort. What is your return policy? All products purchased directly through our Comfort Revolution website are satisfactory guaranteed for the first 60 days after purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us via email. We call tag all purchases via UPS, with the exception of expanded topper and mattress products. Alternatively, we can provide UPS labels via e-mail so that you may drop off the return item(s) at your nearest UPS location at your earliest convenience. Once the products have been received by our facility, you will be issued a refund for your purchase. Can you explain back-order products? Our frequently requested products are occasionally on back-order and may take longer to receive. In this instance, you will be notified during the ordering process.
If you are unable to wait, we can send you a similar product in exchange; otherwise, a full refund is guaranteed. Why doesn’t the pillow stay cool all night? For the best results, please ensure you are sleeping with the hydraluxe gel side of the pillow facing upwards. Comfort Revolution’s hydraluxe pillow has been tested and is guaranteed to stay 5.5 times cooler than any other pillow. The pillow should stay cool for the first few hours of sleep and may warm up to your body temperature. We recommend using either our complimentary outside cover or a thin pillowcase replacement; thicker cases may weaken the quality cooling effects. Do you sell your pillow in Canada or ship to Canada? Unfortunately, at this time Comfort Revolution products can only be purchased and shipped within the United States through our web site; however, our products are currently available at Costco locations in Canada. What is the best style of pillow for me? We recommend the standard model for those who sleep primarily on their sides and stomachs.
