Would highly recommend this product. Took ages for the smell to go though and luckily we had a spare bedroom to leave it in to air the smell away When I removed the mattress from the box there was a damp smell from it. I left it in an out building to air thinking the smell was due to the newness of the mattress but after a... prompt service and soooo comfortable Love this so comfy and quick delivery Brought this to try and rescue a mattress that had started off great but suddenly has gotten really soft and totally uncomfortable to the point that it was unusable. It's not high density foam and not as thick as I expected. I would have bought a different one of I'd known it wouldn't be high density.
