For a customized bed, please call for a quote.Send us your custom hardware and we will install it on your furniture pieces for an additional $60. If you would like to install the hardware yourself, simply request that your furniture be made without hardware for no additional charge. Do you carry Horizontal Murphy Beds?Our Horizontal Murphy Bed utilizes the same high-tech Murphy Bed mechanism as our other collections, however the Horizontal Murphy Bed raises and lowers the mattress on its side, rather than the foot of the folding bed. Our Murphy beds can accommodate a 11" thick mattress. We recommend an 11" thick mattress or less if you wish to enclose bedding and pillows in with the mattress when the bed is closed. A twin size mattress should weigh between 35-50 pounds.A full size mattress should weigh between 50-65 pounds.A queen size mattress should weigh between 65-85 pounds.A king size mattress should weigh under 90 pounds.
