Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a level of Project Management readiness, in order to be successfully prepared to support the delivery of an engagement, through ongoing employee training and development of strong partner relationships.

Manage the P&L for the specific customer team

Proactively identify and provide input into the development of Project Management policies, procedures, standards and strategies. Maintain awareness and involvement in existing or potential customer escalation issues. Ensure compliance with the Dell EMC escalation and change control process.

Prepare, maintain and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports.

Provide technical and/or business consultative leadership for Program Management and Project Management functions. Monitor program delivery and provide coaching, counseling, and motivation to maximize employee performance. Ensure the recruitment and hire of employees, based on global profiles, who can help grow and drive Dell EMC''s business.

Monitor employee job performance and provide coaching, counseling, and motivation to maximize employee performance.

Drive cost effective and timely delivery of billable implementation services that drive Dell EMC product and service revenues. Review and monitor the implementation plans delivered in engagements. Responsible for the effective management of the life cycle of all projects from kick-off to customer hand-off.

Leverage Dell EMC and Partner talent to deliver quality implementations in line with internal standards. Manage the headcount for delivery of activities and ensure the appropriate resource teams are assigning qualified resources to priority projects.

Essential Requirements

10+ years Project / Program Management experience.

Experience of managing full lifecycle software and infrastructure projects.

Experience of both Agile and Waterfall delivery.

Experience of managing external partners, as well as various internal stakeholders / teams, within a matrix environment.

Fluent Russian and English language capability.

Financial and analytical experience

Good product portfolio knowledge

Ability to travel as part of the role

Preferred Requirements

Experience within the Banking sector.

Experience of managing teams and projects within a Professional Services / Consulting organization.
