Consultant (Transaction Support/Financial Advisory/Due Diligence) в Mazars
Job Description
- Lead consulting engagements under a supervision of a Manager
- Take part in different transaction services assignments, mostly, financial due diligence, but not limited with it
- Work on valuation, forensic projects, independent business reviews, finance modeling
- Provide support to management in the engagement planning and management proces
- Plan and perform analyses with the assistance of Juniors
- Prepare reportings
- Develop junior staff
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with the clients' personnel
- Being involved in the preparation of proposals to clients
- Candidate ProfileHigher education (Finance/Mathematics/Technical background)
- Professional certificate (CFA/ACCA) is a plus
- At least 2-3 years of experience in auditing or/and consulting (Big 4)
- Successful experience on financial due diligence
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Russian Accounting Standards
- Fluent in Russian and English (French is a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent software skills (MS Office and 1C)
- Excellent team member
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new contexts
- Focused on meeting deadlines with the highest level of quality
- Inquisitive & able to show initiative
- Hard working, ready to take on responsibility
- Ability to business trips
