• Leasing of Shopping centers
• Representation of Developers’ interests
• Preparation of detailed marketing campaign of Retail objects
• Participation in pre-lease and definition of concept and tenant mix of projects
• Identification of lease rents and project budgeting and its budget progress
• Search for new tenants, negotiating with existing and potential clients, signing of lease agreements
• Preparation of presentations to existing and potential clients
• Follow up payments for Jones Lang LaSalle services
• Market advisory services
• Comparative lease costs analysis and other financial analysis
Требования
• Higher education
• Relevant experience from 4 years
• Strong leasing skills
• Negotiation capability
• Experience in editing/signing legal agreements
• Fluent spoken and written English
