The role will involve:
Being part of an experienced team in a brand new innovative digital business line, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging digital consulting projects for major Russian and multinational organizations. The successful candidate will be personally responsible for developing and owning project recommendations and documents, such as digital strategies, and will have the opportunity to lead work streams within a project or manage smaller projects with a high degree of independence. They will also be required to manage more junior colleagues and small teams. When executing projects, this role will involve interviewing client stakeholders to gather and prepare business requirements for large-scale digital projects, formulating solutions that meet the client’s requirements and scope, and creating and maintaining requirement documentation for digital projects and programs.
Requirements:
- Professionals with three or more years of experience in strategy, finance, business analysis, IT methodology and business processing/project management within banks, insurance companies, telecommunications operators, retailers, FMCG companies or consulting companies with relevant industry knowledge
- Ability to manage small teams
- Knowledge and experience in digital technologies and innovations
- Knowledge of agile and design-thinking methodologies is a plus
- Startup experience in any role (internal or external) is a strong advantage
- Proficient MS Office user (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and an ability to learn required business systems
- Ability to create interesting presentations and concepts is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English
