on Android, you have to open in other apps like Google Photos for opening jpg/png files and VLC for playing mp4/mov files.

[4.1] Telegram for blind user.
Telegram doesn't support Google TalkBack and iOS VoiceOver that helps blind and vision-impaired users to interact with their devices.

Telegram has supported bio feature but disabled on server side.
Bio are useful for status message or user info.
