Two years a go, John Smith was robbed at gunpoint while walking home from a movie theater. 

The thief took his money,watch,and cell phone.

In high crime neighborhoods like his, this frequently happens. There are nor enogh police to protect innocent people walking home at night. 

Smallville needs more police to contol gangs and drug users and to decrease violence.
