Dear Prof. Paul Van den Hof,

My name is Alexander Zhegalin. I have found your email on the webpage of the Eindhoven University of Technology. And I am writing to you regarding the job opportunities in the Control Systems Group.

Please let me introduce myself - it's a big honour. I am a software engineer with working experience for almost 5 years in different areas. I graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (MPEI) in 2014 with a Master of Science degree with distinction. My specialization is control systems engineering - Automated Systems for Information Processing and Control. I would be incredibly happy and proud to have an opportunity to share my profile with you and possibly to continue working in the control systems engineering area in your group.

Probably you could find my background useful for some projects at Control Engineering department:

- Educational background in Control systems (linear, non-linear, discrete, optimal, fuzzy and neural network systems, identification and data analysis methods, electrical and mechanical engineering, );

- Experience with Matlab & Simulink (with toolboxes);

- Experience in software design, development and automation testing (incl. embedded programming);

- Experience with programming languages C/C++, Python;

- Analytical thinking and system approach in resolving tasks;

- Real and strong enthusiasm and assiduity for learning new technologies and improvement of skills.
