No loose fake flower petals allowed in the gardens. The renter is responsible to hire vendors who provide cleanup. It is your responsibility to leave the facility as you found it.The caterer is required to clean all food and beverage trash at the end of the event. All decor, rental and personal items must be removed at the end of the rental time by the renter or renter's agents. The Landmark will clean bathrooms, vacuum floors and reset tables, chairs, tablecloths and dance floor at the end of the event. There is a $500.00 damage deposit to secure the date and is refundable, less any damages after the event. We accept checks, money orders and credit/debit card payments. Starting out this whole wedding process I was really excited to create our own venue at my husband's parent's lake house. Party Reflections made my vision come to life with the lounge furniture around the dance floor and bar, the chandeliers in the dining tent, and the... the week before my wedding we realized that we would need an arch and they had the most beautiful arch imaginable and it was not exspensive at all they can get my business Working with Carol @ Party Reflections was wonderful!! She was very attentive & accommodating to all the little details we had for our wedding. Could not be more thankful & pleased with this company!! HIGHLY recommend for any occasion!! Paula at Party Reflections was incredibly helpful throughout the wedding planning process. At the beginning, I changed my mind a few times and Paula was very willing to meet with me several times to make sure that I ended up with the look that I was going for. Rented linens, chairs, & chargers from Party Reflections for my 4/9 wedding & everything was wonderful! Lots of selection & my choices looked perfect at the venue. Thanks to PR, we were able to create our dream wedding. Wonderful to work with and had everything we wanted to create our vision! Chair and Tablecloth rentals We rented chairs and a couple table cloths for our wedding and could not have been more pleased! The items, the service, and personnel were all wonderful. We highly recommend this business for your wedding rental needs! Had to use them I was required to use them at my venue but I have no problems with that. They knew the property and had great suggestions since my mom and I were planning ourselves.




I used their tent dance floor chandeliers fans chairs tables. I'd say look out for hidden costs... Sarah was very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Only thing I wish they would have done was to steam the linens before they delivered them. The creases had to be ironed out by one of my bridesmaids. This vendor was overpriced and not overly helpful. I had to request multiple quotes. They did have a lot to choose from at their headquarters. They were late to deliver the tent and chairs. The tents were beautiful and absolutely gorgeous! The chairs were delivered VERY dirty.... Sarah Elizabeth was very helpful in picking out linens, the dance floor, choosing tents and lighting! I arranged to have tents in case it rained and it was a good thing, because we ended up needing them. Everything turned out beautiful! Everyone there was so helpful and nice. They really know what they are doing. I worked w/ LISA DOWDY.. I probably bugged her w/ 1000 changes to my order :)




Great to work with I rented linens from Party Reflections. They had a wide variety of options and included affordable options. My consultant Lynsey was great! Paula was wonderful to work with and helped me through the whole process of renting reception items for 100 people. Somehow, after months of planning, it became apparent three days before our wedding that Party Reflections had the event date as the following Thursday (not really...
