Hosting a wedding, festival or special event for 50 to 500, we can make it happen. Our frame tents range in size from 10 x 10 to 40 x120 and can be installed on grass, asphalt, gravel or cement. Because of their metal framework, frame tents are able to be installed without staking and require a smaller installation area than their canopy and pole tent counterparts. Frame tents offer unobstructed space making them the perfect choice for your outdoor wedding ceremony. We can provide complete folding chair rental services for any sized event! Are you looking to rent folding chairs to suppliment what you already own or do you need chairs for a presentation at the office. Big Tent Events has the folding chair you are looking for. Our white resin garden chairs with a padded seat are the choice for outdoor wedding ceremonies. If you prefer we also have white on white plastic folding chairs. Our brown plastic folding chairs are our most economical choice. Table & Linen Rental Big Tent Events rental banquet tables have rounded corners and are stained with a light color to keep the table top color from showing through on lighter colored linens. Our round seating tables are available in several sizes and are also stained with a light color stain and can be used for seating, gift tables, buffet tables. If you are looking for a specialty table such as serpentines, bars, conference tables or high boys let Big Tent Events help you with all your table rental needs. We carry a wide variety of rental linen tablecloth sizes and colors to complete the final touches of your special event. 1 Room (seats up to 60 people – no dance floor available with 1 room rental) Lake Forest II Member Pricing: • With no bar/alcohol $450 on Fridays and Sundays, and $600 on Saturdays • With a bar $525 on Fridays and Sundays and $675 on Saturdays A $200 deposit is required from Lake Forest II members for the rental of one room.




• With no bar/alcohol $500 on Fridays and Sundays, and $650 on Saturdays • With a bar $575 on Fridays and Sundays and $725 on Saturdays A $400 deposit is required from nonmembers for the rental of two rooms. 2 Adjacent Rooms (seats up to 100 people) • With no bar/alcohol $550 on Fridays and Sundays, and $700 on Saturdays • With a bar $625 on Fridays and Sundays and $775 on Saturdays A $400 deposit is required from Lake Forest II members for the rental of two rooms. • With no bar/alcohol $650 on Fridays and Sundays, and $800 on Saturdays • With a bar $725 on Fridays and Sundays and $875 on Saturdays A $600 deposit is required nonmembers for the rental of two rooms. 3 Rooms (seats up to 220 people) A $600 deposit is required from Lake Forest II members for the rental of three rooms. • With no bar/alcohol $800 on Fridays and Sundays, and $950 on Saturdays • With a bar $875 on Fridays and Sundays and $1025 on Saturdays




An $800 deposit is required from nonmembers for the rental of three rooms. Price includes: Table and chair setup. Dance Floor setup is included with the rental of 2 or 3 rooms. Use of the patio (with rentals including Banquet Rooms 1 and 2), use of the catering kitchen, 4 hours for the party, 3 hours prior for decorating, and 1 hour afterward for clean-up. Rentals must end by 12:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday, and 8:00 p.m. Sundays. Additional Time must be approved by the Recreation Manager in advance, and costs $100 per hour. With amphitheater rental (For wedding ceremony) – 1 hour included with Banquet Room Rental without any setup (ie. using rental chairs) or $150 for 1 hour with the Association setting up chairs and a table. Note: In accordance with State Alcoholic Beverage Control Regulations (section 23-300), all alcoholic beverages must be provided and served by the association: liquor may not be brought in. • to inquire about availability of dates.




Rooms may be reserved up to one-year in advance for LFII members, and 6 months for nonmembers. Insurance Requirements for Banquet and Bar Rentals -An original insurance certificate (obtained through the homeowner’s/host’s insurance agent) must be submitted no later than one month prior to the function date, with coverage for the function date in an amount not less than $300,000 general liability, with the Lake Forest II Master Homeowners Association named as “Additional Insured”. If the rental will have a bar, Host Liquor Liability must be included on the certificate. In the event that an original insurance certificate cannot be obtained through the renting homeowner’s/host’s insurance policy, a special one-day event policy must be purchased by the renting homeowner/host, naming Lake Forest II Master Homeowners Association as “Additional Insured” for general liability in an amount not less than $300,000.00.  Some companies that provide these certificates: Use of any Club facilities other than the room(s) being reserved is not permitted.
