We can assist with arranging caterers or you can organise your own catering. We also offer four complete value packed 'one stop' wedding packages for those wanting to take all of the hassle out of planning your wedding day or we can help you can plan your own wedding day. PLAN YOUR OWN WEDDING DAYVenue Hire is $300 an hour plus a fee for setting up and cleaning up afterwards (We have a min $1500 charge for venue hire for 4 hours, additional hours $300 an hour, setup and cleanup fee is $300 for up to 60 people and $500 for 60-120 people).
Setup includes arranging barrels, tables, chairs and umbrellas arranged on the lawn. Cleanup includes collecting and washing all glasses, collecting all bottles/cans for recycling, packing tables and chairs away. A Marquee can be arranged if required. A 6 x 6 marquee is available for hire for $350 a day and will fit comfortably on the lawned area, extending the existing under cover outdoor area to over 12 x 6 metres. Wine is charged at cellar door prices and can be based on consumption or you can place a tab on the bar. Bottles of wine start from $20 each, beer and cider is $6-7.50 a stubbie depending on the brand and soft drink is $2 each. Alternatively choose our drinks package of $10 per person per hour.There is a drinks waiting charge of $40 per hour per staff member. 2 Staff are required for up to 60 people and 3 staff for 60 to 120 people. Catering We can assist you to arrange catering, or you are very welcome to arrange your own catering. Catering options include gourmet platters from $20 per person, other options include wood fired pizzas, paella, roasts and cocktail style food (prices depend on selections), Music We can assist with arranging live music for your special day, including soprano ($200 for 2 hours, Ave Maria, Nessun Dorma, a number of Andrew Lloyd Webber classics etc) and a wedding singer ($200 for 2 hours)
, who sings a good range of contemporary music (Adele, Dido, Crowded House Elton John, Queen, etc). We have a small outdoor stage area for performers. For evening weddings, we light up some of the gum trees as the sun sets which looks beautiful. We have a microphone and pa system available for speeches at no additional cost. You can also arrange your favourite playlist on your iPod for your ceremony and reception. Additional hour $300 an hour. - exclusive use of venue (forest setting, undercover patio, deck and lawned area for wedding ceremony and reception, chairs, wine barrels, umbrellas) - drinks package for guests from $10 per person per hour (wine, beer, cider, soft drink). Alternatively we are happy to put an amount on the bar to suit your budget or for you to pay for drinks by the bottle or on consumption.
