This custom-built, professionally decorated 7 bedroom, 7 1/2 bath home on the oceanside in Salvo’s exclusive South Beach Development has everything you need for a fun-filled family getaway. Dragonfly offers some of the most luxurious and unique decor on the island. From the moment you arrive, your stay will be carefree with an elevator to all levels for easy move-in. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs, so everyone has their own space. Enter on the first level for playtime in the game room. Shoot some pool or kick back in the sitting area with a movie on the 65-inch smart TV. The wet bar kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator with ice maker and a microwave, as well as a second TV.
Also on this level is a king bedroom with a shared bathroom with shower stall. Step out onto the shaded deck with outside shower and relax in the hammock. On the middle level are five master bedrooms with shower stalls in the bathrooms. Two king suites are at either end of the hall, one with access to the spacious shaded deck. A queen bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a bunk bed and pyramid bunk each have access to the deck as well. Also located on this floor is the laundry room with front loading washer and dryer. The third level is breathtakingly beautiful with glimpses of the ocean or sound from nearly every window. Upstairs is another king master bedroom with access to the oceanview sundeck and a shower stall and garden tub in the bathroom. Cooking for a crowd is easy in the gourmet style kitchen with gas stove, dual microwaves and dishwashers, and a full-size freezer in addition to the refrigerator. Take your meals at the dining table, breakfast nook, wet bar, or out on the screened porch for an island dining experience.
Spend time together in the living area with gas fireplace. A half bathroom is also on this level. When you’re ready to venture out, a short walk takes you to the community beach boardwalk. Surf, cast a line, or build sandcastles to your heart’s content. Take a dip in the private pool with available pool heat, and enjoy a cookout on the gas grill. Soak in the hot tub for a truly relaxing experience. Venture a bit further and enjoy the gym or a class at Spa Koru with the provided pass. Also included is access to the Avon Pier.
