That means it's huge: 15 by 9 inches long, with a gorgeous interior cockpit. It'll come with Dark Knight Batman and Joker (the Heath Ledger version) minifigs for $200 this September.
A large selection of the Batman series is based on the DC Comic Super Heroes line. A range of exciting vehicles together with a selection of evil characters and scenes from Gotham City can be found in the series. The Batman mini-figure from this range also makes an appearance in a number of Lego Marvel Superheroes sets, as well as in The Lego Movie series, for instance, as is the case with Batman & Super Angry Kitty Attack. There are lots of thrilling iconic vehicles available in the Batman series such as the awesome Tumbler tank from The Dark Knight Trilogy. This offers an exiting challenge for Lego enthusiasts, along with the dynamite Batmobile Ultimate Collectors Edition. Fans of the Dark Knight who enjoy board games will be thrilled with the Lego DC Super Heroes themed Batman game where the aim of the game is to race around the board and catch The Joker and his scoundrel chums. It comes with a brick plate as well as two build-able dice and features eight micro figures. The game is suitable for two to four players with an average play time of 15 to 25 minutes and is suitable for children ages six years and up. Batman sets are also available in the Juniors and Duplo range. For fans between the ages of four to seven, Lego Juniors offers an easy to build set and features the Batcave along with lots of fun elements, not to mention the inclusion of the Batmobile. In the Duplo range there are two products available, The Joker Challenge, featuring the Dark Knight and the Batmobile, and The Batcave Adventure, including the Batwing vehicle and the mini figures of The Caped Crusader and Catwoman.
These are sets which are especially designed for young children with large and chunky bricks that are easy to grip and hold, and have a recommended age of two to four years. Prices for these products fall in the region of between £24.99 to £39.99. There are a number of options for the more advanced enthusiast - these have large quantities of building elements with an average of 400 to 1,619 pieces, such as the Super Heroes Batman Arkham Asylum Breakout set. Like all Lego building sets, these come with clear and easy to following instructions. The majority of these sets are suitable for children aged seven to 12 years with an exception of the Arkham Asylum Breakout, which has an age recommendation of twelve years and up.
