This view is framed almost centrally, through the South-facing doors of the lounge (leading through to the pool terrace) and the upstairs bedrooms (leading onto a private sun terrace). The villa enjoys a peaceful garden with 9m x 5m pool, which is surrounded by a magnificent hardwood deck area on which to sunbathe or admire the views. The village of Durban is a short walk away and ensures that all the essential amenities are close at hand, including a supermarket, patisserie / boulangerie and post office.

You are also only 8 minutes drive to the village of Fontjoncouse which has a restaurant run by a Michelin-starred chef, Gilles Goujon, serving food which is amazingly refined and elegant while still bursting with the local flavours of tomato, olive oil, goats' cheese, thyme... definitely worth the trip. The beaches of Peyriac-de-Mer is 30 km away, this is a lovely fishing village on the bank of the lagoon. Drive slowly and admire the view.
