I've been using Melbourne Star Chauffeured cars for many years now.. they were their on our special day (wedding cars) and I have continued using them for my business transfers...their operations team is extremely professional and the chauffeurs I had till now have been excellent!! The mere fact that you were able to help us out on such short notice was relief for me and the two elderly people who were requiring the transport. My elderly mother and her friend could not have survived being in a car without air conditioning on such a scorcher of a day that it turned out to be, and, as it also turned out, having them chauffeured rather than using a taxi service proved invaluable. They not only enjoyed the comfortable ride and the very much appreciated complimentary water bottles, but were equally pleased with the very polite and extremely personable driver, whom they couldn't praise enough for the wonderful service he provided for them on the day! You need to know how much they sung his praises for a few days after the event!!
