We have successfully hosted large Scout and Guide camps as well as large corporate family fun days and big family celebrations. The Function Room (Riverside Room)The ideal space to hire for any occasion from corporate visits to birthday celebrations.The room is fully equipped to ensure visitors get the most out of their LOPC experience. For companies that wish to attend the Centre for a unique team building experience and want to hire the Riverside Room you will have access to:Interactive whiteboardLaptop ProjectorWi-FiTea & coffee facilities The room will accommodate 40 in a cabaret style or a theatre style, 30 in a boardroom style or 50 informally.
The Riverside Room is served by a small kitchen with large range, grill and water boiler.Prices start at £22 per hour including kitchen use.This room will allow you to get the most out of your training and developmental programme at LOPC. The Party Room (Activate Room)We provide the room, the tables and the chairs as seen in the photos. Any decorations, food or other refreshments must be provided by you. We have no problem with local fast food restaurants being used; some will even deliver to LOPC. The room is also set up with a projector, interactive whiteboard and standard whiteboard. There is access to a fridge, freezer and microwave as well as kettle for tea & coffee facilities if requested in advance.The room will seat up to 25 in either a boardroom style or a theatre style, 35 people can be accommodated informally.30 minutes room hire is included within all party packages, outside of these hire rates start at £125 per hour.An example of how some of our users have decorated the room for their own functions:
