Sit firmly with your back planted against the backrest. Squeeze inflatable air lumbar bulb to fill the bow-tie lumbar with air until desired. To release the bow-tie lumbar chamber of air, press the button located to the side of the inflatable air lumbar bulb. The air adjustable lumbar provides support for your lower back. An ideal setting will promote good posture by supporting the natural inward curvature of the spine.Squeeze inflatable air lumbar bulb to fill the bow-tie lumbar with air. The tilt mechanism tilts the entire upper portion of your IRON HORSE Office Chair within a 24° axis. This is designed to reduce the pressure on discs and muscles, allowing you to maximize your ergonomic experience. The tilt tension adjustment knob increases or decreases the tension involved in this maneuver. To increase the tension in the tilt mechanism, rotate the tilt tension adjustment knob away from the chair while seated. To decrease the tension in the tilt mechanism, rotate tilt tension adjustment knob
towards the chair while seated.The tilt tension lock provides you seven different positions to of tilt recline to lock your chair into. Pull the paddle upwards to lock the tilt mechanism into place. There are an infinite range of locking positions and a total of 24° of recline. While applying pressure to the backrest, pull the paddle upwards to unlock the tilt mechanism to its natural state. The neck roll on the IRON HORSE Seating Big & Tall is designed for easy movement along the height of the chair. The optimal position of the neck roll is when it rests at the base of your neck. Use the velcro strap located on the back of the neck roll to adjust where the neck roll rests on the height of the chair. Armrests support the weight of your arms, removing stress from your shoulders and upper arms. The HD Tilt-Up Armrest allows you to adjust the angle that it rests at, you can even raise it completely out of your way. To adjust the angle that the armrest will lock at, place your armrest at its desired angle and spin the wheel (located underneath the armrest) towards the inside of the chair to lock it into place.
