We have been using Party Cape Cod since the first Provincetown Portuguese Festival in 1997 and we couldn't be more pleased.  Bob and his dedicated staff handle our event like it was their own.  Your attention to the details makes running the largest Portuguese Festival in the State an easy task. Summer of 2015, I had my wedding on Cape Cod and planned it myself from San Francisco. Party Cape Cod was incredibly easy to work with; totally helped me get counts and colors right. When we were accidently short table cloths on the day of (our fault!) they pulled through in the clutch and got them to us last minute!  Don't hesitate to use them for quality and cost! I wanted to take this opportunity to applaud the support your company provided our family as we planned and celebrated our daughter's wedding in Woods Hole. Our wedding plans were complicated by having chosed two locations for the ceremony and reception seven miles apart with no alternatives for inclement weather. 




There were 250 guests attending the wedding ceremony and dinner following. From our first meeting, I found that you gave me very valuable and thoughtful suggestions as we walked the sites and envisioned everything we would need.  You were able to soothe this mother of the bride and exude confidence that with the help of your company, we could do it!  We selected several tents, a dance floor, your beautiful new columns that surround the tent supports, chairs, dinner tables, serving tables and high top tables, etc.  I especially appreciated your advice on numbers of tables, chairs, tent and dance floor size. Everything worked perfectly including the large umbrellas you provided for rain that kept the thunder and lightning over Hyannis and gave us incredibly gorgeous blue skies. We were delighted that you answered every phone call promptly; adjusted our table and chair count as the number of guests changed; helped us find another service tent at the last minute; set up and broke down the tents according to the schedule we requested;




protected our friends' lawn; and provided an on site assistant...just in case...during the reception. Special thank to you, Emily, and your employees for making our daughter's wedding a party we will remember for the rest of our lives.  We will recommend Party Cape Cod as the foundation for our success! Everything worked out well.  We ordered all of our linen, china and flatware from you and it was perfect.  The tent was absolutely gorgeous; everyone commented on how lovely it was.  It was a great time.  Thank you so much! My experience with Party Cape Cod was completely hassle free. The chair covers and sashes I received were beautiful and exactly what my party needed to turn it from drab to fab. Also, the best part was that for a small extra fee, everything was dropped off on hangers and in bags a day before the party and picked up a couple days later. Lastly, their prices were very inexpensive compared to every other company out there and their quality was not lacking.




I would definitely recommend them for all of your linen needs for your next party or event. One call to Party Cape Cod and they were out double tying down the tent and making whatever prep was needed so that our wedding the next day would be PERFECT! And it was, including the sun coming out in the morning(I know they didn't do that)! Pleasant and professional, every detail including the cleanup was easy and PERFECT.We've been using them exclusively for years for an annual corporate event we do, and they have never disappointed.  Very good company to do business with!
