About your last paragraph, 

The channel owner will select the number of posts per day, and the time between each post. (Max time between posts can be no more than 12 hrs)

Basically there will be multiple posts back to back(even if the previous order is not finished). Unless the owners max post has reached. 

Will it be too difficult to allow the channel owner to set a DO NOT DISTURB time frame?
