Creative 360, located at 1517 Bayliss Street, is in a building designed by Midland architect Alden B. Dow. The building architecture, atmosphere and art-filled rooms offer a remarkable and colorful environment for you and your guests to enjoy almost any event. The building is smoke free and completely accessible. Choose from two distinctly different spaces to meet your needs. The Gallery can accommodate up to 150 people. It is ideal for business meetings, luncheons, seminars, celebrations, concerts and has witnessed more than a few weddings. You and your guests will be surrounded by a beautiful art exhibition to enjoy along with your event. Voted Greatest Art Gallery in the Great Lakes Bay by readers of Great Lakes Bay Regional Lifestyle magazine, this room is also conducive to meals and/or refreshments that you bring in or have catered. There is a small kitchen (no stove) available from the gallery. In the colder months your guests may want to warm themselves by the gas fireplace.
The gallery has a stage and you may also rent audiovisual equipment. Work with Creative 360 staff and this gallery blueprint to plan your event set up which we include as part of your rental. The Movement Room features two walls of mirrors, a low-impact dance floor, padded seating and can accommodate up to 30 people. The room is perfect for dance clubs and classes, fitness programs, recitals and rehearsals. It is the only room where food and drink are not permitted, but they may be served just outside in the art room. Rental rates cover the cost of the room, event set up/tear down, wifi and on-site assistance during your event. $75 for the first hour, $35 for each additional hour ($75 per hour for each hour past midnight). Holiday rentals are assessed an additional $75 fee. Linens: Bring your own or rent ours. Our available linens include red & white checked/plaid tablecloths or white tablecloths that cover the table tops. We supply the table coverings for two rectangular tables near the kitchen.
Linen rental is $30 for the first 10 tablecloths / $50 for more than 10 Audio visual equipment: A screen, projector, Lavalier microphone, wireless mic, sound system and laptops are also available to rent. Non-Profit organizations are offered special membership rates. A $200 yearly non-profit membership entitles your group up to 12 free room privileges during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:30 pm) weekdays, when room is available, during the membership year. Rental rates for weekends and weekdays before 9:00 am and after 4:30 pm are an additional $12 per hour. Clean up policy: Unless previously arranged, renters are responsible for room clean-up and garbage disposal using your own cleaning supplies and trash bags. We assess a $50 cleaning deposit at the time of booking, which will be handed back to you at the end of your rental if the room is cleaned according to our policy. Chuck and Beathny were very helpful and friendly. Much needed rest and relaxation was had by both of us. Total Peace and Relaxation! on April 11, 2014 Coming from a very hectic and stressful couple of months we arrived at the most peaceful place away from home! When we opened the door, there was a framed welcome sign with our names on it and the name of our suite. Bethany showed us our room and all the wonderful amenities like the extended queen size sleep number bed, bed warmer, massage chair to name a few. There were special chocolates and the room was spotless!
The breakfasts were incredible and served with such elegance! We loved the quiet haven surrounded by nature and wildlife. It was such a blessing to be served by Chuck and Bethany. We will never forget the relaxing time we had! Can't wait to return! Best Place to Stay in Michigan on September 11, 2013 The Innkeepers Beth and Chuck are the nicest innkeepers of all that we have met. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. The inn is beautiful and the grounds are breathtaking. Breakfasts are to die for and Beth makes the best shortbread cookie! I positively cannot think of anything negative about the Peaceful Haven! on August 20, 2012 Great food , wonderful accommodations, gracious hosts, fellow believers. on March 15, 2012 We live here in Midland but wanted to get away from all of the every day hustle-bustle-- No phones, tvs, visitors, etc.... This place was very peaceful. The indoor pool is wonderful. We seen many deer and the hosts, Bethany and Chuck were very welcoming!
Thank you for a great day of peace!! on March 11, 2012 I was fortunate enough to stay here for one night. I wish I could have arrived earlier. Chuck and Bethany immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable, provding me with maps of Midland and local restaurants. The breakfast of eggs benedict in the morning, was just what I needed to send me on my way for a busy day. The fruit smoothie made with Bethany's home grown strawberries was wonderful. I enjoyed my quiet evening at the Inn and plan on returning in the future to spend more time exploring the beautiful grounds, enjoying the pool and the hot tub under the stars. I highly recommend this as a get away for anyone, couples or families. on February 22, 2012 Recently stayed here the weekend after Valentines Day. The rooms were very beautifully kept, very clean and had everything we could need. The rest of the house was kept in similar fashion. The Indoor Pool was an amazing delight in such cold weather. The Outdoor Hot Tub was very nice and peaceful at night.
Breakfast was great and you couldn't ask for better service. It is also just a couple minute from Midland making it easy to run into town for a movie or dinner, although it seems far from the city. I would say this is one of the better Bed and Breakfast I have gone too and I will be going back and definitely recommend it. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere! A Haven of Rest and Loveliness on January 06, 2012 My wife and I needed some R & R on Jan. 1 of 2012 so we chose to return to On Eagles Wings B & B where we had stayed last year in February. The B & B is only less than 60 miles from our home.
