All of the Home Depots have great employees but since this is the one I frequent the most I figured I would shine light on them.
Generally this is a good place to shop. Recently had to wait 20 minutes for assistance and then had the misfortune of getting a sale person who didn't know how to properly cut window shades. Got home and NONE of the 4 fit. I even brought in the ones I wanted to replace for proper measurement. John C was very helpful with my son's project. It is wonderful to be able to rely on Home Depot for help when we need it! The employees at HD #8473 Hamden exhibit excellent customer service; from the moment you enter the store until you leave. The associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the great work; it's noticed and appreciated. Whenever I need any help at Home Depot in Hamden, it is really hard to get help from the employees. There are some employees at this store who work very hard to make up for the others half who really are not helpful and bring the moral of the place down. Shante at the customer service desk went above and beyond for me each time I came into the store.
