I have always loved this Home Depot compared to the other stores in the tri-county County area. They always have what I'm looking for in stock and I love how this store has kept the same employees for at least the past 7 or more years. It's really like you get to know each other over time and because it's the same people working there, I seem to be more inclined to ask for help or where a product is located, because I'm comfortable I love my Home Depot because when I walk in there is usually someone to tell where the item I want is located.
The store is clean and the employees are eager to go above and beyond to help to help me. Excellent customer service is the hallmark of my Home Depot. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is very neat and clean with an adequate supply of inventory. Loriqunetta and Verquira are awesome employees. WHen I told Loriqunetta the other employee didn't offer me a HD card or didn't help me apply one she quickly helped me. She not only help me but gave a free coke because he didn't ask. I wish more stores have employees like her. Verquira charged my homedepot purchase to my new card quickly after Loriqunetta had refunded my cash. I'm so happy was greeted by Loriqunetta as I was leaving the store. She listened and solved my problem quickly. I hope you recognize these two ladies for their outstanding customer service,Was very pleased with service. The hardware/home improvement place to go when you need help or assistance, unlike some other similar stores. Store employees act like they want your business and seem like they are happy to be working here.

Misty, Victor, and Brennan are beautiful people inside and out! They made sure everything, and I mean everything was done the right way, and in the most beautiful way. Dane and I had our wedding on October 31, 2015 (yes, we got married on Halloween, and yes we had a theme.) We chose a Game of Thrones themed wedding, with jewel tones and lots of detail. Every single thing they did I was more than pleased with. Victor built us an Iron Throne just for our wedding! Now that is dedication. Misty or Brennan will ALWAYS answer your calls, and if they don't you will get a call back very shortly. Misty made it so easy for us, we really didn't have to do a single thing. It was truly a fairytale. I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else.
