We rented chair covers and bows from BBJ. Their customer service were really helpful throughout the process. The covers look great and the set-up/tear down service was good. Nikki who helped us was wonderful. I had no idea at first what I wanted but she gave me some tips & all worked out! It was pretty & all our guest appreciated the looks in the banquet room. Called them and they talked me through my rental options and set it up for pick-up (versus shipped). When I picked them up, I was greeted with a smile and they helped me take everything to my car.
